Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. If any refund wording on this page differs from that policy, the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy will apply.
- MADELINE reserves the right to inspect the condition of an item before approving a return or exchange, in accordance with the Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
- Customers should use a trackable shipping method when returning an item. This does not apply where MADELINE arranges the return shipment or where applicable law provides otherwise.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alteration is not covered by our voluntary return policy, without limiting any rights provided by applicable law.
- These terms and any return are governed by the laws of Thailand. Nothing in these terms limits the customer's statutory rights.
