นโยบายการคืนและเปลี่ยนสินค้า – MADELINE
เพราะทุกใบของ Madeline คือผลงานแฮนด์เมดที่ถักอย่างประณีตโดยช่างฝีมือ และผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพอย่างละเอียดก่อนถึงมือคุณ เราจึงใส่ใจทุกขั้นตอน และมีนโยบายการคืนสินค้าเพื่อให้คุณมั่นใจและได้รับการดูแลอย่างดีที่สุด:
- สามารถขอเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 14 วัน นับจากวันที่พัสดุจัดส่งถึงลูกค้า (อ้างอิงจากระบบจัดส่งของบริษัทขนส่ง)
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน พร้อมบรรจุภัณฑ์และป้ายสินค้าครบถ้วน
- ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ในกรณีที่สินค้าเกิดจากความผิดพลาดของทางร้าน (เช่น สินค้ามีตำหนิ หรือได้รับสินค้าผิดรุ่น)
- ในกรณีอื่น ๆ ลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าส่งสินค้าคืน และทีมงานจะตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าก่อนอนุมัติการเปลี่ยนหรือคืน
- การคืนสินค้าในทุกกรณี จะได้รับเป็น Gift Voucher เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดหรือโอนเงินคืนได้ Gift Voucher นี้สามารถใช้ซื้อสินค้ารุ่นอื่น ๆ ในร้าน Madeline ได้ภายใน 45 วัน นับจากวันที่ออกโค้ด
- หากสินค้าที่ส่งคืนไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการคืน และจะส่งสินค้าคืนกลับ โดยลูกค้าจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่ง
- สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่มีของสมนาคุณ (Gift with Purchase) หากหลังจากคืนสินค้าแล้วยอดรวมคำสั่งซื้อไม่ถึงตามเงื่อนไขของแถม ของแถมนั้นจะต้องส่งคืนมาพร้อมกัน หากไม่ส่งคืน ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าสินค้าตามราคาปกติของของแถม

Return & Exchange Policy – MADELINE
Every Madeline bag is handmade with care by Thai artisans and carefully inspected before delivery. We take pride in every step of our craftsmanship, and we offer the following return and exchange policy:
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the date the package was delivered (based on shipping carrier records).
- Items must be in original condition, unused, with original packaging and all tags intact.
- No return shipping fee will be charged in the case of defective or incorrect items.
- For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping. Our team will inspect the item before approval.
- All approved returns will be issued as a Gift Voucher only. Refunds in cash or bank transfer are not available. The Gift Voucher can be used to purchase any other Madeline items within 45 days from the date of issuance.
- If the returned item does not meet our policy conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return and return the item back at the customer’s expense.
- For orders with Gift with Purchase (GWP), if the total value after return no longer meets the GWP threshold, the gift must also be returned. If not returned, the value of the gift will be charged at its regular price.
